A: I started practicing yoga back in 2006. i took my first class at a junior college and fell in love. i would like to say i practiced consistenly since then, but that has not been the case. I took a 4 year break and revived my practice in 2014 with a renewd sense of excitement and passion. looking back i can see how important the break was in helping really establish my deep seeded desire for having yoga be part of my life. practice with your heart and be amazed at what unfolds.
